Sara hand roasts green coffee beans imported from Ethiopia, letting guests experience the aroma of the crackling beans, as she explains how Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. She then brews freshly ground beans in a Jebena (traditional clay pot) and serves fresh. Traditional snacks like fresh Ethiopian sweet bread and popcorn is served with the coffee. Guests have a chance to ask questions about Ethiopian culture and the significant role coffee plays in daily life. Learn about the origins of coffee and experience culture while you get pleasantly caffeinated.
